The human body has always been a complex system, in which the different parts work efficiently together. Bonesetting takes a look into the underlying problems of the supporting structure through the idea of the body’s symbiosis.

Many chronic pain conditions, such as back pain, can be directly traced into joint dislocations and to the imbalance of the supporting framework and musculature. These recurring problems are often overlooked or misdiagnosed, as a result the body is incapable of returning to it’s natural balance.

Dislocations in the joints and other problems in the musculature also put the body at risk of acute accidents and strains.

Bonesetting deals with the exoskeleton alongside the original problem. The goal in the treatment is to release the pain and tension caused by joint dislocations, muscular strains, and other musculoskeletal based problems.

Balancing the kinetic chain will also correct the positions of the pelvis, the muscular tissue and the restrictions in the scope of the joints’ movements. Returning these to their natural places will release the nerves, blood and lymph vessels trapped between dislocated joints.

The goal of the treatment is to return the whole body to balance using the natural movement of the client’s own limbs. Releasing the dislocations in the joints will also free the deep lymphatic system and help with painful conditions in the neck and shoulders. This soreness is usually caused by the pressure in the shallow tissues.

The feet are the bases of our bodies. Their correct position and movement affects our whole exoskeleton.

Bonesetting is effective help in

Pain in the lower limbs

The “different length” of the legs, dislocations in the feet (pronation and supination), ankles, knees, pelvis and hips

Lower back pain

Stiffness in the lumbar region, pain in the sacroiliac joint (SI-joint), locked vertebra, skoliosis and sciatica

Upper back pain

Locked vertebra and a stiff thoracic spine, pain between the shoulder blades, treatment of arrhythmia, shortness of breath and high blood pressure

Pain in the upper limbs, neck and shoulders

Thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, shoulder pain and frozen shoulder

The length of treatment is about 1,5 hours.

Usually one session is enough, but in some cases 2-3 different sessions will be required
